At Hydropool North West, we know that choosing a hot tub for your family is about more than just hot water and jets. With purchasing a hot tub you create a hub for conversation, a place for the kids to put down their phones, and a sanctuary where you can actually hear yourself think. Along with all these points, you’ll want to consider energy-efficiency and the best size for your garden and family.
While our Signature Self-Cleaning range is the luxury standard for ease of use, the Serenity Collection is our most popular choice for families across Greater Manchester. It balances legendary Canadian build quality with smart, family-focused features.
To help you decide if a Serenity spa is the right fit for your garden, we’ve rounded up the most frequent questions we hear in our showroom.
Safety and comfort are the priorities here. Every Serenity model features non-slip interior steps and wide steps that make it easy for children or older family members to get in and out safely. The steps can also be used as cool-down ledges to prevent anyone from over-heating.
The seating is ergonomically designed in collaboration with bone and joint specialists. This means whether you’re 5'2" or 6'4", you’ll find a seat that supports you perfectly. Plus, with open models like the Serenity 6800, there is plenty of room for six or seven people to soak without knocking knees.
Our Serenity tubs use the ClearSpring Filtration System. It’s a highly efficient, three-stage process:
The Ultra Flow Grill: Prevents larger debris from re-entering the bathing area.
The Skimmer Net: Traps floating oils and debris before they reach the filter.
The Dual Filters: Cartridges catch even the tiniest particles.
While it requires a little more manual tender love and care than our patented Self-Cleaning floor vacuum system, it is industry-leading and keeps the water sparkling for the whole family.
Not at all. We understand that energy costs are a top priority for our customers. Serenity hot tubs are built with the WeatherSeal Cabinet and HydroWise Thermal Shield insulation.
This system wraps the plumbing and floor in a thermal blanket that reflects radiant heat back into the water. In the middle of a damp Manchester winter, your spa stays toasty at 38°C for just a few pounds a week. We often say these tubs are "Canadian-tough," meaning they are built for climates much harsher than ours!
Each seat in a Serenity tub is part of a Wellness Program designed to target specific areas of the body:
By moving from seat to seat, you get a full-body massage that eases tensions from daily chores or a long day at the office and will even sooth the mental grind of studying.
